Life Coaching sessions will be scheduled by contacting me either by email or by phone. By clicking on the “Make an appointment” icon, you will be directed to my contact information page. Sessions are offered through emailing, over the phone, or in person if possible. Life Coaching For Relationships is located in Winsted, Minnesota, which is located in the western region of the Twin Cities area. All sessions must be paid for in advance of the coaching session.

After your appointment is scheduled and paid for, I will email back to you your confirmation notice with appointment time. It is required that before our first session begins, even if you have signed up for a free session, that you download the two forms listed on my contact page; Contract Form and Before My Coaching Session form. Read and sign the Contract Form and fill out the Before My Coaching Session form and email them both back to me no later than 24/hours before the appointment. (Emailing the Contract form to me from your email address is your valid signature.) Failure to return these forms to me at least 24/hours before the designated appointment time will negate our appointment and it will have to be rescheduled. A free session will not be rescheduled. These forms aid in helping our sessions to be more productive and not waste any of our valuable time and your hard earned money. Questions are always welcomed at any time throughout this process. I believe an honest and trusting relationship needs to be established before any coaching relationship can begin. If at any time for any reason you do not want to proceed with the coaching process, you may request to terminate the coaching session and any money paid for that session will be fully refunded. If you have signed up for a Life Coaching package, any unused sessions will be fully refunded as well. I also reserve the right to terminate the coaching relationship if I deem necessary. If that would happen, your money for that session would be refunded and any unused package sessions would also be fully refunded.
